Mushroom Banana Kebabs/मशरुम और केले के कबाब

Mushroom banana kebabs is an amazing dish which is perfectly appropriate for any occasion. Preparation Time :- 30 minutes
Cooking Time :- 35 minutes
Serves :- 4

Ingredients :-

 For kebabs :-

  1. Button mushroom 1 packet 
  2. Boiled raw banana 4 number
  3. Roasted chana 2 tbsp
  4. Salted pistachio 2 tbsp
  5. Fine chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  6. Fine chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  7. Fine chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  8. Fine chopped onion 2 tbsp
  9. Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  10. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  13. Cheyenne pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  15. Butter 1 tbsp
  16. Oil for frying 

 For pickled beetroot :-

  1. Sugar 2 tbsp
  2. Beetroot 1 number
  3. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  4. Salt 1/4 tsp
  5. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp

For dip :-

  1. Veg mayo 2 tbso
  2. Hung curd 2 tbsp
  3. Salt 1/4 tso
  4. Fine copped green chili and coriander leaves.

Method :- Kebabs:-

  1. Wash and remove the skin of mushroom and grate them. grate the boiled banana.
  2.  grind the chana and pistachio into a fine powder, keep aside.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan add cumin seeds as the splutter add green chili, ginger and onion saute till pinkish.
  4. Now add grated mushroom and banana stir and mix.
  5. Add garam masala powder, Cheyenne powder, salt, lemon juice and mix it well.
  6. Now add chana and pistachio powder, cook the mixture for couple of minute, switch off the gas.
  7. Add coriander leaves, when the mixture cool completely make kababs and shallow fry them both side until golden. 

For pickled beetroot :-

  1. Peel,wash and cut into thin slices the beetroot. 
  2. Boil 1 glass water add beetroot cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Now add salt, cumin powder sugar and vinegar, switch off the gas.

For dip :-

  1. Mix mayonnaise, curd, salt,green chili and coriander in a bowl, transfer to a serving bowl.

Serve hot the kebabs with pickled beetroot and dip.
