Taka Paisa / टका पैसा









Method------------





  1. Make a soft dough with gram flour, 1 tsp salt, green chili, baking soda, 1 tbsp oil, 1 sliced onion and 1 tsp turmeric powder.
  2. Now divide the dough and make the cylinders  with this dough,boil the water in a large pan with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil.
  3. Boil them in boiling water for 10 minutes.

  5. 5. Cool and cut into small rounds.
  6.  Heat the oil in a pan saute the onion ,add dry spices stir 2 minutes, .add tomatoes  and lemon juice cook the masala till oil separates, now add the gatta/taka paisa and mix well.
