Beetroot/Chukandar Ka Raita

Beetroot 1 no.
Curd 1/2 kg
Salt as per taste 
Black salt 1/2tsp
Roasted cumin powder 2tsp
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Chopped green chili 1tsp
Coriander leaves for garnish 

Peel wash and grate the beetroot. 
Mix with curd and all the ingredients. 
Mix well, garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with paratha or dal chawal.
